  I have had nothing but great experiences from them! They are very careful to make sure they get the right diagnosis the first time and they make sure that you get the best treatment for your situation! I moved here from Washington State where I was using the VA hospital for my treatment and meds but when I got here and went to my first VA appointment at Sparks hospital I felt like I was in hell!!! I have been through three doctors there and I was called a trouble patient and a problem just for asking to be put back on the same pain meds that I had been on in Washington!!! All three of the so called doctors there have been completely worthless, very disrespectful and very damn unprofessional!!! As a matter of fact I have turned them over to Senator Cotton which is a personal friend of mine so I hope they all three end up working at McDonalds!!! St.Madron and its staff are very professional, very helpful and they actually act like they care about me!!!

  Not a long waiting period which is always a good thing. A Doctor's i think shows real concern and talk to me about my pains and how to eliviate them in the best interest of my health. I know if a doctor spends 45min. To 1 hr with you their showing that they are concerned about your health.
